This project focused on enhancing the client’s property as an investment opportunity. The proposal introduced two double-storey flatlets designed to generate additional rental income for the family while integrating sensitively with the existing property. CMD was appointed as the Principal Agent for the project, overseeing the coordination of the construction process to ensure efficient delivery and timely completion, enabling the client to realise their return on investment.
