This project focused on increasing the investment potential of the client’s property through the introduction of a multi-level office component combined with a spice warehouse facility. The design aimed to create a functional and efficient commercial environment that supports both administrative operations and storage requirements, while maximizing the development potential of the site. This project was completed in collaboration with Framework Architecture and Design.
