This project involved assisting an existing shopping centre in Kommetjie that provides a platform for small businesses to showcase and sell their products within a neighbourhood-focused retail environment. The scope of work focused on ensuring that all building plans and regulatory requirements were brought up to date, assisting the client in aligning the property with the necessary approvals and business licensing requirements.
