This project involved assisting a dog grooming business in regularising their premises to ensure continued operation. The scope included updating the building plans and guiding the approval process through the relevant heritage authority. In addition, a land use application was undertaken to rezone the property, aligning the property’s zoning with its current business use and ensuring compliance with the applicable planning regulations.
